Peach Garnishes
We've got an excellent supply of peaches at the restaurant lately, and I want to do something with bourbon (maybe an OF, though I've done that before this way) with Fee's Peach.I want to garnish it with something peachy, but not sure what to do with the fruit - any thoughts? So far the only idea I have is to use a dehydrator, which will produce little peach crisps. As a secondary interest, I'd love to hear if there are any liqueurs you think might go nicely with the combo above. I'm thinking a tiny amount of Drambuie at the moment. http://www.reddit.com/r/cocktails/comments/3fepz7/peach_garnishes/
