Hi, I'm looking to delve into Tiki Drinks and see that certain recipes call for 151 demerara rum, specifically the Zombie.I live in Norway where alcohol is very strictly regulated, and the sale of alcohol above 120 proof is illegal... My question is if there is a rum that can be used instead of a 151 proof demerara rum? Or perhaps if the 151 can be left out entirely?
