An idea I have. I'm gonna call it the freedom 75. Or perhaps the 'murican.

More than once but not more than three times I've heard a somme give a class and remark on the pairing of dry champagne and french fries. It is quiet delicious actually. So any who I got stoned and came up with 1.5 4 roses bourbon .33 Amaro nonino .33 lemon juice .33 honey simple Some decent brut sparkling (I use mumms prestige but whatever) 2-3 normal ass fucking fries. (Use burger King for reference) Muddle fries into honey Add other ingredients and ice. Shake and strain into coupe. Top with sparkling white Grapefruit twist I'll make it again when I go back to work tomorrow and post a picture.
