Hey all, I was wondering if anyone here had tried these various options for the mule/buck type of drink. I'm more partial to use a ginger beer, but the legitimate way of making ginger beer (via ginger beer plant) seems a bit labor intensive, and store bought ginger beers are relatively pricey (especially for the nicer ones).Death and Co use a mixture of a ginger syrup recipe and seltzer for their mule drinks, so I can't imagine it tastes bad, but I was wondering if the drink suffered any from it.
