Best way to make large batch cocktails for a party?
I'm going to a party tomorrow night and I'd like to bring some good cocktails for people to enjoy, but don't want to play bartender and make and serve cocktails all night.I was planning on bringing a mint infused lemonade spiked with vodka.I was thinking about muddling a whole lot of mint with a whole lot of simple syrup and straining it into a large mason jar and then add the lemon juice, water, and vodka. From there, just have the guests fill their glass with ice, some of the lemonade, then just top themselves with a splash of club soda.Does anyone have any better ideas?Even another idea for a completely different cocktail that's easy to serve in mass quantities would be welcome. http://www.reddit.com/r/cocktails/comments/3ehv8u/best_way_to_make_large_batch_cocktails_for_a_party/
