Mai Tai


Ingredients

2 tbsp white rum
2 tbsp dark rum
2 tbsp triple sec
1 tbsp grenadine
1 tbsp orgeat or almond syrup (we used Monin almond syrup, available online)
juice of half a lime
maraschino cherry


Method
Stir all the ingredients together in a jug or shake them in a cocktail shaker. Put a few cubes of ice in a tumbler, pour over the liquid and garnish with a cherry.
