So i've noticed many recipes call for maraschino but don't specify if it's Luxardo style or Cherry Herring style? While i like both, they are completely different. I tend to find the Luxardo really overpowers the remaining ingredients and dominates the drink. I typically scale it back to .25oz regardless of quantity. Any thoughts on this?
