For those that don't know, shou wu chih is a Chinese tonic that supposedly has a slew of medical benefits. All that aside, I think it tastes pretty good. I bought a bottle of it at my local Asian grocer on a whim and thought it had some Amaro-like qualities. So has anyone used this in a cocktail before, or have any suggestions on what it might pair well with?
