Picked up a bottle of Sacred Cardamom Gin a little while ago on a whim, assuming it would be great considering how excellent their regular gin is. Might just be me, but I'm finding it absolutely overwhelming, just way too much cardamom - does anyone have any experience mixing with it, or ideas on some other robust flavours I could set it up against? Been drawing a complete blank.
