My sister is getting married at the end of October and they've asked for my help in coming up with a good bourbon cocktail for it. The only conditions they have is that it be bourbon based and seasonal. I will also say that they are already going to have a spiced apple cider cocktail, so apple and cinnamon based drinks might as well be out too.It would also help if it was batch-able (punches maybe?) or at least easy to assemble, and on the cheaper side of things.I've already considered the Lion's Tail (because I can make a good Allspice dram that will be ready just in time for the wedding) or a maple black walnut old fashioned.Any other ideas?
