So finally got round to making a Martinez. Really enjoyed it. Went for a 75ml/40ml split on gin/vermouth (punt e mes) There seems to be no set recipe to Martinez's. So kinda went with flow. Really enjoyed it. Had healthy dash of Angostura Orange bitters, also healthy bar spoon of Luxardo Maraschino Liquor. Very pleasant. Not teeth chattingly sweet, not bone dry, it was good.
