I was recently asked by a local restaurant to come up with some appropriate cocktails for their new menu, and I, naturally, thought that the good people here at /r/Cocktails would be the perfect help in doing so. They've asked to keep them simple and in line with the cuisine of a modern French restaurant.Here's the current menu. Of these, the French 75, Kir Royale, Noir Sour, and Vieux Carre will remain.
