I have a 1.75L of Jameson and I'm having trouble using it. It seems decent in simpler cocktails like a Whiskey Sour but when put up to the test in a manhattan or boulevardier it didn't fare as well.Any ideas of how to use Irish Whiskey? I can only drink so many Irish Coffees..
