Subbing in green chartreuse instead of yellow
After searching all over I finally found some green chartreuse, but still have never seen yellow. I understand yellow is supposed to be less intense and a bit sweeter than green; would it be totally crazy to try and sub green plus simple instead of yellow (in cocktails)? But since I don't have any yellow I couldn't compare and test the ratios out. Anyone have any experience/advice for me? Or is just "wait until you find some yellow" my best option?
