Fishermans foggy day. A friend of mine used to play having a "cafe" where she would serve a drink made of water, blue paint and she would garnish it with a tiny tree bark boat. I made my version with blueberry liquor, coconut liquor, lime juice, topped with mineral water and garnished with rosemary.
