Nepeta liqueur Recipe/Ideas? - I've got a ton of Nepeta (aka catmint) growing in my Garden. It has the best sweet, marshmallow-ey scent to it, and I'd think it would make an excellent extract/infusion for a liqueur. Has anyone tried using this ingredient for a base alcohol, or in a cocktail?
