Classic cocktails that don't need fresh ingredients?

I have a rather large bar, and I love making cocktails regularly, but I always find myself in a squeeze at the last minute (e.g unexpected or short notice guests) because I don't always have the fresh ingredients to hand (juices, creams etc).So, what are your favourite cocktails that entirely consist of things that can be kept bottled for years without worry?I have friends coming over this evening and no time to go to the shop so I will be making Old Fashioned's (with no citrus) and 75's.
