Good whisky for an Old Fashioned?
I've been wanting to make a good old fashioned at home but right now all I have is a bottle of Jim Beam and Jack Daniels. What is a good whisky (preferably rye) to use in an old fashioned? I'm considering Knob Creek Rye, is this a good choice?
