Hey guys sorry if this comes off really uneducated but I have absolutely no experience pre-batching cocktails. We have a big event this weekend we need to have 700 Pornstar Martinis made for guests as they arrive. It's going to be just me and one other bartender. What would be the best way to go about this?The recipe we use is. 35ml Absolut Vanilla Vodka, 10ml Lime, 25ml Passionfruit Puree, 10ml Vanilla Sugar & topped with Prosecco.Thanks for any help!
