Recipe request! A blended drink made with bananas we used to make years ago

Years ago we used to make this delicious drink, but we've lost the recipe. I thought it was in one of our books but I don't see one like it. We've tried to recreate it from memory but it's not quite the same.Here's what I know is in it: Godiva chocolate liqueur Bananas (NOT banana liqueur or creme de banana or banana schnapps, REAL banana) VodkaI also think there was creme de cacao and half-and-half in it. You blend it up with ice, and we served it in a martini glass and topped with chocolate shavings.It was so delicious but still strong. Help please! I've tried for years to find it online.
