So r/cocktails I come to you for help. Green chartreuse has been having a moment in my life since I was introduced to it a little over a year ago. Ever since that fateful evening its been chartreuse neat, the last word, bijou's, and hell I even make and order my Sazerac's glass rinsed with it instead of the traditional absinthe. I would love to own a bottle of the V.E.P. for special occasions but I've never even tasted it and the $150 price has me hesitant. Anyone want to push me off the fence? I'd be much obliged.
